I think it is pretty obvious now that Todd and I are totally enamored with the Olympics...Go USA!!!...and what could be better than mixing the Olympics with our favorite show? Not much. :)

The Unwritten Law

Can someone please explain to Todd and me the rule that states children can only sleep in on Sundays when church starts at 8:30 a.m., but absolutely under no circumstances are they allowed to sleep in on Saturday when there is no time constraint? It is one of the great mysteries of the universe!

Our House

Well, the poor painters worked all day in heat up to 112 degrees, but it finally got finished. Now we just need to paint the garage doors white, put up black shutters on all the windows, stain the front porch, do some landscaping, and paint the rest of the house (and that's just the front yard!)...my that sounds like a lot of stuff to do! :)

Well, they started painting our house today...and we LOVE it!!! They will finish tomorrow...and then it is up to Todd and myself to finish the remaining 3 sides. We're not looking forward to that, but seeing as how we don't have $2,000 to spare...well, you do what you gotta do right? Anyway, we'll post another picture tomorrow when the front is finished.
