Tha Farm With Nana

Today we went to the farm with Nana. We had a lot of fun! We didn't take very many pictures however...WHY do we always think of pictures at the end of whatever it is that we're doing?!?!

Tanner Boy

We have been wanting to get a nice camera for a while, but they are so expensive. So, we did the next best thing...we borrowed our friend's really nice camera. :) Here are some pictures of Tanner-Boy that Todd took. I think it is safe to say that we are now starting to save for a nice camera of our very own!

Baby News

Today was the day for the BIG ultrasound...but don't get too excited, the baby did not cooperate. He or she was teasing us the whole time too. One leg was way above his or her head along with his or her arms, while the other leg was firmly planted right where we needed to see. Come on!!! The good news is that everything looks great. All body parts are accounted for. I should be ecstatic, and I am, but I can't help but feeling a bit of disappointment and annoyance. I mean, I puked my guts out for FOUR months, the least the little stinker can do is show their goods! :)

Here are the three measly ultrasound pictures we got. I don't really get them. I kind of feel like Rachel on Friends..."Oh that's the profile...ummmm...yeah I see it...NO I DON'T!!!" What kind of freaky baby is that anyway!?!?! :) Well, judge for yourself.

My doctor said I that when I come in next month he'll take another peak. Okay, I don't want to seem rude, but can you "peak" again before June 15th? Please? Now! :) I think we may be going to some sort of fetal photos place before June 15th rolls around.

Kansas City Royals

We found our camera...well technically I found the camera...in Todd's backpack. And we found it just in time.

Todd won tickets to a Kansas City Royals game from Garmin that we went to last night. Apparently Garmin buys several sets of season tickets each year and gives them away as prizes. I would never buy tickets to a baseball game myself, but I've got to tell you, it was pretty darn fun! We got a "Gold Preferred" parking ticket which meant we got to park a stone's throw away from the gate. After parking in our sweet spot, we started to wonder, if parking was that good, what kind of seats we would get? It turns out, good ones. We were sitting 14-rows up from first base, right above the home team dugout. It was awesome! The boys LOVED it...Riley especially. They were totally getting into it, making everyone around us laugh at at their enthusiasm. I found it really funny that I...ME of all people...was explaining the ins and outs of baseball to my 4-year old. And I found it even more funny that he was totally eating it up! It was a really fun night...even though the Royals lost to the Orioles by one run.

What is our problem?!?!?

Okay, so apparently we have lost ANOTHER camera. What the heck?!?! I wanted my camera when my kids were playing Elefun yesterday and were wearing the nets as hats while the butterflies flew all over the place. I wanted a camera last weekend when a bird flew into our house and made himself comfortable...that is until he flew right into the back french doors in an attempt to escape. I wanted a camera on Saturday when after a fun morning of yard sales, I came home with 2 cozy coupe cars that the boys can't get enough of. (They both park their cars at the end of the driveway and just sit there enjoying the view...too cute). And what about a camera to document our 8th anniversary last week...that we both forgot, but turned out great anyway. And don't forget Mother's Day that Todd and the boys made super special. Oh no, the camera is not to be found. It's a crisis I tell ya.
