Our Lucky Day
Well folks, yesterday was our lucky day. We went to our Ward Chili & Chocolate Cookoff and I brought Southwestern Pork Chili and a dreamy Brownie, Creamy Peanut Butter Torte. The food was all delicious and we had a good time, but we had to leave early for Garmin's Winter Party. The party was fun, but the best part was that Todd won a prize...a $200 gift card to the mall. We were pretty excited! But wait, the fun doesn't end there. When we got home, our babysitter told us that we won the prize for the best dessert at our ward cook off. Now, I wish I could say that it was as cool of a prize as the $200, but it wasn't. I did however get a package of chocolate covered graham crackers and a lips cookie cutter. Pretty exciting eh? :)

Since when do ward parties give out awesome prizes?!! We just get a lame ribbon from the dollar store. I'm moving to your ward!
