Menu Monday
So, it's time I started writing my menus down again. I actually do always write them down, but typically I write them in crayon on some sort of scratch paper that always gets lost. So, it's back to Menu Mondays for me :)
Monday: Frozen Pizza
Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas
Wednesday: Pancake Dinner
Thursday: Hamburgers and Sweet Potato Fries
Friday: Calzones
Saturday: Chicken and Rice
Sunday: Dutch Babies

I am so glad that we are not the only family that turns to the pancake dinner!
Two pancake dinners in one week! Move over IHOP!
Oops...I meant for one of those pancake dinners to be Dutch Babies. :)
