Easter Egg Hunt
We had our Easter egg hunt yesterday with Grandma Charlene (although somehow she managed to escape the camera's notice) and some friends, Kade and Stephanie and their kids. The kids had a really fun time finding the eggs...it was pretty cute. We also had a delicious BBQ if I do say so myself. Of course, my life is ruled by food right now, so the BBQ was my favorite part of the whole shin-dig! :) Mmmmm!
Here is the recipe for the grilled pork tenderloin that we made for our BBQ. Thanks for the recipe Holly...it is seriously delish!!!
Pork Tenderloin:
4 pork tenderloins, 8-12 oz each
season salt (Lawry's)
course black pepper
Marinade:
2 C oil
1/3 C soy sauce
¼ C honey
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
Sauce:
½ C mayonnaise
1/3 C sour cream
¼ t salt
¼ t pepper
¼ t fresh garlic
¼ t Worcestershire sauce
-mix marinade ingredients and marinade in non-metallic bowl for at least 6 hours
-mix sauce ingredients and refrigerate
-when ready to grill, sprinkle tenderloins with season salt and pepper and grill for about 20 minutes.
-slice in 3-4 inch slices, serve with sauce on the side
